Magnesium, RBC  鎂, 紅血球 Y4866R 3 mL Trace-EDTA 2 mL Trace-EDTA-rbc Carefully clean skin prior to venipuncture. Avoid hemolysis. Centrifuge, remove plasma, and submit packed red cells in original collection tube. 
Magnesium, Serum 鎂, 血清 B037 3 mL Pl. Fast 9-12 hr. Avoid hemolysis. 1 mL serum 　
Magnesium, Urine 鎂, 尿液 U047UR 10 mL Ur-rdm 10 mL Ur-rdm-HCl aliquot. Refrigerate. In lab, acidify 10 mL Ur aliquot with 0.1 mL 6N HCl. Adjust pH to between 2-3 to prevent magnesium precipitate.
Magnesium, Urine 24hr  鎂, 24小時尿液 U047 Ur-24 hr-HCl. Note collection time. 30 mL Ur-24 hr-HCl aliquot. Refrigerate. Add 10 mL of 6N HCl at start of collection. Record total volume in mL on both the container & requisition. Adjust pH between 2 - 3 to prevent Magnesium precipitate.
