All PathLab staff are expected to maintain the highest level of integrity in their profession, and are required to adhere to our private-information protection policy. Also, we periodically re-examine, maintain and observe the system for continual improvement.
Personal information is generally used in our laboratory only for reporting results. However, should we ever need to use personal data for clinical trails or research studies, we would do so only with permission, explain the purpose and obtain prior consent. The information will be used only within the extent of explained purpose.
PathLab manages collected personal information responsibly, and will not disclose or provide personal information to any third parties unless it is required by the order of legal authorities.

However, if our laboratory fails to meet your expectations, we invite you to share your concerns regarding any of our services.

We encourage you to inform us of any complaints as soon as possible, so that we might resolve the problem at the time, if we can. Our main lab and branch labs always have a Manager In Charge. Please feel free to ask for them. One of our managers will be glad to meet with you in person. We are always available by telephone and email, if you prefer.
